Kitchen Remodeling

Tyler Hosman did a fantastic job remodeling our master bathroom. The design inputs and the quality of his work was exceptional. He not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. The whole project was completed on time and was a wonderful experience.

I now have a new kitchen that is functional and beautiful! The old one was not. Thanks to Tim and Tyler and Tim senior I now have enough room to move around in my kitchen, plenty of counter space and beautiful cupboards and cabinets galore! Their work is perfection and very detailed. They show up on time, working throughout the day and clean up before they leave. I did a lot of searching and chose them because of their fair pricing and honesty. A great experience working with them. I can’t thank them enough for all of their hard work. Again, thank you!

We have had nothing but bad experiences with contractors in the past so the thought of having to tackle a complete bathroom remodel was beyond stressful. We had an idea of what we wanted to have done but had a hard time trying to visualize and put it all together. We recently remodeled our kitchen. After a couple of years of looking for a contractor we found Marshall Perry Construction. From the first day we contacted Tim Hosman to the completion of the project, he and his brother Tyler were always available by phone, text or email to address our questions or concerns. They assisted with the design of our kitchen, offered ideas for finishes and were open to changes when requested. They estimated 6 weeks for completion and finished within that timeframe. They took special care to minimize the dust by enclosing the construction area. They are perfectionists who pay attention to the details. We were so pleased with their work that we have hired them to remodel our bathrooms. Finding a good, reliable contractor can be very difficult these days. We recently had Marshall Perry Construction, Inc. do a kitchen and bathrooms remodel. Tim and Tyler did an amazing job! Not only did they do the remodel, but they painted, did flooring, changed lights, and anything that we asked them to do throughout the house. They are very knowledgeable in what they do. We would ask them for suggestions or ideas and they were always very helpful. They were punctual, very easy to work with, clean with everything they did and professional. A couple of weeks after the job was done. We had a couple of things that needed to be adjusted or touched up. They were excellent about coming and taking care of what needed to be taken care of. We had our master bathroom remodeled at the end of 2023 by Marshall Perry Construction. Tim and Tyler did a great job, and we are very pleased with the outcome. We explained to Tim that we had a previous bad experience with a contactor that had poor finish work. He assured us of their attention to detail and he lived up to his word. The tile work from the bathroom floor to shower walls was well thought out and the execution was excellent. They completed the work on budget and on schedule and were very courteous and flexible throughout the process from material selection through project completion. We plan to use Marshall Perry Construction for future projects and would highly recommend them.

We are so happy with our remodel! Tim and Tyler really listened to what we wanted and delivered 110%! Their workmanship is perfect and I couldn't recommend them higher. They leave our home clean every day - probably cleaner than when they arrived!! I couldn't be happier with these results!!

Tim and Tyler always do an amazing job. They transformed my shower into a walk in tub and added new tile all around. They’ve installed flooring and baseboards for me and have painted. Their attention to detail is amazing and they always leave it clean when they’re done too! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend Marshall Perry Inc. construction! We hired them to remove the carpet in our livingroom, diningroom,craftroom and hallway. They also removed the linoleum in the kitchen and 1st bathroom and tile in those areas. They also replaced the baseboards in all rooms. They laid vinyl flooring that looks great! The flooring transitions beautifully from room to room!They kept the timelines came on time every morning with great attitudes. All of them are hard working individuals and did a fabulous job! We will hire them again for any of our construction needs. They are priced reasonably as well!

Tim and Tyler have done several remodeling projects for my husband and I. We are extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone. They have refurbished our fireplace , remodeled our master bathroom and kitchen, replaced sliders with beautiful French Doors and installed new floors. We are so glad we found them.
